George Blum George Blum (1870–1928) born in France and raised in the United States returned with his brother to France and studied at the famed École des Beaux-Arts American architect, later, along with his brother Edward Blum, formed a successful architectural firm - George & Edward Blum - in New York City during the early 20th century designing some of New York City's most elegant and creative buildings.
